OSAT’s tenth biennial survey began in September, 1998.  Delphi X, benefiting from nine previous Delphi biennial forecasts, encompassing 20 years of experience, will capture expert industry opinion on numerous emerging developments affecting the North American industry and beyond.  The opportunity is available to provide financial support for the Delphi project through subscribership.  Such support is a crucial part of ensuring the continuation of our exciting and successful program.
